Following the document no. 796/VSDC-ĐKTP.NV dated 03/3/2025 of Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), VSDC would like to announce change of time of interest payment of RHG12102 bonds (record date: 10/3/2025) at the request of the document no.15/2025/CV-RHG dated 27/3/2025 of R&H Group Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Adjusted time: 18/4/2025.
Reason: Due to difficult business situation, the Company has not been able to arrange funds to pay the 13th interest of bond RHG12102.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited RHG12102 bonds at DMs.
