DBJ12201: Change of time of money transfer for interest and principal payment

Following the document no. 3032/VSDC-ĐKTP.NV dated 21/3/2025 of Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), VSDC would like to announce change of time of money transfer for interest and principal payment of DBJ12201 bonds (record date: 10/3/2025) at the request of the document no.21/2025/DBC dated 26/3/2025 of Dien Bien Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Adjusted time: 27/3/2025.
Reason: the Company has not arranged money for payment and got approval of bondholders for the new payment time on 27/3/2025.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited DBJ12201 bonds at DMs.
