Pursuant to the document no.20/2025/TB-A7 dated 08/03/2025 of Alpha Seven Group Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2025 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 24/03/2025 for 2025 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 367/TB-CNVSDC dated 27/02/2025 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: The Company adjusts the plan on organizing 2025 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
