Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 1.3%/year In case the Issuer does not exercise the redemption right at the corresponding redemption date of each bond, the bond interest rate applies to the interest calculation period. from the 6th year to the bond's maturity as follows: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 3.3%/year In which, the reference interest rate used to determine the interest rate for each interest period is the monetary interest rate. ordinary personal savings deposits in Vietnam dong, paying interest later, with a term of 12 months published on the official website of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank at the date of interest rate determination. In case there are preferential interest rates for one or several specific customers or for one or more specific deposit levels, the reference interest rate is the highest published interest rate. The issuer will announce on its website the results of determining interest rates for bondholders at least 01 working day before the first day of each interest period. Bondholders agree and undertake that the issuer's determination of the bond's interest rate will be applied to the entire bond unless there is an obvious arithmetical error. If the law specifies the maximum bond interest rate and the bond interest rate agreed in this Prospectus is higher than the maximum interest rate, then the maximum bond interest rate allowed in accordance with the provisions of law. The law shall apply from the date of entry into force of such regulation. The date of determining the interest rate for the first interest period is the date on which the application for bond purchase begins. The interest rate determination date for subsequent interest periods is the 07th working day before the first day of each interest period. According to the above principle, the interest rate for the first interest period from (and including) 27th February 2023 to (but not including) 27th February 2024 for bonds BAB202202-07C is 10.7 %/year.
