Bonds will be calculated as follows: + For the first 2 interest periods: 9.8%/year; + For the next interest periods: floating interest rate and equal to the total of 5% and the reference interest rate, but in no case exceeding 9.8%/year. - In which: "Interest period" means each period lasting 6 consecutive months from the issue date inclusive to the maturity date exclusive. In case the bonds are redeemed before maturity according to bond conditions, the final interest period will be calculated from (and including), the last interest period will be from the last day of the latest interest period inclusive to the date of redemption before maturity exclusive. “Reference interest rate” means the average of interest rates on term deposits/saving deposits applicable to individual customers with a 12-month term in Vietnam Dong announced by reference banks at or at about 11:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) of the interest rate determination day of that interest period. “Reference banks” include MBBank, VPBank, ACB, Techcombank. “Interest rate determination date”, for each interest period that the reference interest rate needs to be determined, is the 11th working day before the first day of that interest period.
