EVS: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate action processing
On 27/02/2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received Notice No. 100/2025/CV-EVS dated 26/02/2025 from Everest Securities Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting. VSDC would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 17/02/2025 in accordance with Notice no.268/TB-VSDC dated 03/02/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: In order to have more time for meeting preparation, on 26/02/2025, the Board of Directors issued the Resolution no.12/2025/NQ-HĐQT on cancelling the record date: 17/02/2025 for 2025 Annual General Meeting and the list of shareholders no.V052/2025-EVS/VSDC-ĐK.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited MGC shares at DMs
