Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Number of securities to be redeemed: 150 bonds
- Execution rate: (number of redeemed bonds/number of bonds held: 5/183 
- Price of bond redemption: face value + interest from 31/12/2024 inclusive to 12/03/2025 exclusive =  100.000.000 + 100.000.000 x 7,54% x 71/ 365 = 101.466.684,932 VND/bond
- Price of bond redemption is rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place after the decimal point greater than or equal to 5, it is rounded up, if the first decimal place after the decimal point less than 5, it is rounded down).
- Payment date: 12/03/2025.
- Pricipal of rounding: For privately-placed corporate bonds (if any) arising when the bondholder exercises the right to sell, to ensure that the number of redeemed bonds does not exceed the maximum number of offered bonds, the number of bonds will be rounded down to the whole number

For example: bondholder A who owns 100 bonds is entitled to sell 2.73 bonds (100*5/188=2.73) according to the rounding principle, bondholders have the right to sell 2 bonds.
- There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer as this is the case where the issuer finalizes the list of bondholders registered at VSDC, but investors do not sell bonds through VSDC. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled. Investors register for sell back at issuer.

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at Bac Phuong Wind Power Joint Stock Company, address: Cai Cung Hamlet, Long Dien Dong Commune, Dong Hai District, Bac Lieu Province on 12/03/2025 from 8am - 5pm. Id cards or power of attorney have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 07/03/2025.
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
