From 17/02/2025, security code BVB123025, ISIN VNBVB1230255 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BVB123025 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all BVB123025 deposited bonds on the valid date of registration cancellation. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited BVB123025 bonds from investors' accounts on 17/02/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with the applicable laws.
