- Meeting venue:  at the meeting hall of Vinacomin - Halam Coal Joint Stock Company, 1 Tan Lap Street, Ha Lam Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province
- Meeting agenda: 
1. Report on 2024 production & business results and 2025 plan.
2. Proposal for 2024 profit distribution plan.
3. Proposal for 2025 dividend level.
4. 2024 audited financial statements
5. Report on payment of 2024 remuneration, allowances, salaries for the Board of Directors (BOD), Board of Supervisors (SB) and proposal for 2025 plan;
6. Report by the independent member of the BOD.
7. Report on 2024 Board of Directors' performance and 2025 orientation.
8. Report by the SB on evaluation of 2024 production and business results and appraisal of 2024 audited financial statements.
9. 2024 Activity report by the SB and report on evaluating 2024 performance of the BODs and the Company's Director.
10. Report on selection of independent auditing company to audit the Company's 2025 financial statements.
11. Report on contracts with related parties within the authority of the General Meeting.
12. Addition of business lines, amendment of the Company's Charter.
13. Other related issues within the authority of the General meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 24/03/2025
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
