Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for ITA shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 938,463,607  shares
- Total value of registered securities: VND 9,384,636,070,000
From 05/02/2025, VSDC branch will transfer data of registration and depository of ITA shares from HOSE to UPCOM.
Reason: The listed organization seriously violates the obligation to disclose information, falling into the case of securities being subject to compulsory delisting according to the provisions of Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.
