Reference banks include: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam and Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, on the date of determining relevant interest rates.

VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited LPB122012 bonds from investors' accounts on 17/01/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Loc Phat Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with the applicable laws.
