Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

a. Payment of Bond Interest
- Payment rate: 100,000 VND x 7.75% x 366 days/365 days = 7.771 VND/bond
The actual receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5 then it will be removed)
- Payment date: 30/12/2024
b. Payment of Principal due to redemption before maturity
- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 557,950 bonds,
- Execution rate: 100%
- Principal: 100,000 VND/bond
- Deadline to register to sell bonds back to the issuer is not applicable. According to bond conditions, bondholders are obligated to sell back all bonds held to the Issuer. All redeemed bonds are removed.
- Payment time: 30/12/2024
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose bonds have been deposited will receive bond interest and principal at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will have the bond interest and principal transferred to their registered accounts on 30/12/2024.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 23/12/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
