Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Estimated number of bonds to be redeemed: 250,000 bonds
- Execution rate: Number of bonds to be redeemed/number of bonds owned by investors: 250,000/7,042,500
- Redemption price of each bond: VND 100,106,849/bond, including:
+ Bond face value: VND 100,000 + interest accrued from 29/01/2025 to 03/02/2025 exclusive: VND 106,849 = VND 100,000 x 7.8% x 5 days/365 days.
+ The actual redemption price received by each bondholder because the redemption payment date is not a working day will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the decimal part will be canceled).
- Payment date: 02/03/2025 (payment date on 01/29/2025 is a day off as regulated)
- Principle of rounding: To ensure that the number of bonds redeemed will not exceed the maximum number of bonds tobe redeemed by the issuer, the number of bonds redeemed by each bondholder will be rounded to the whole number. The decimal part (if any) will be cancelled.
-There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer. Because this is the case where the issuer finalises the list of bondholders registered at VSDC but the investor does not register to exercise the right to resell the bond through VSDC. All bonds redeemed before maturity will be deregistered.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive redemption money from the issuer at Trung Nam Dak Lak 1 Wind Power Joint Stock Company starting from February 3, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 20/01/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
