Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 04:01 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 4 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 5101 shares, the number of additional shares issued to shareholder A is (101x1):4 = 25.25 shares). According to the above rounding principle, the number of new shares that shareholder A receives is 25 shares, the fractional number of shares (0.25 share) will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at he office of FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company, address: 6th Floor, Zodiac Building, Alley 19 Duy Tan, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
