Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for BSR shares from UPCOM to HOSE as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 3,100,499,616  shares
- Total value of registered securities: VND 31,004,996,160,000
From 09/01/2025, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of BSR shares from UPCOM to HOSE.
Reason: Binh son Refining and Petrochemical JSC is approved for listing on Hochiminh Stock Exchange, in the case of cancellation of trading registration according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 137 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.
