Reason: Shares of Thien Truong Investment Equipment and Construction Engineering Joint Stock Company were delisted on HNX in accordance with the Decision no. 1244/QĐ-SGDHN dated 13/12/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange but still met the condition that a public company must register for trading on the UPCOM trading system as prescribed in Article 133 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities.

From 31/12/2024, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of KTT shares from HNX to UPCOM on VSDC's system.
