According to document no.58/SIMCO-TCKT dated 10th December 2024 of Song Da SIMCO JSC (securities code: SDA), Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Coporation (VSDC) would like to announce the 5th change of cash dividend payment time of SDA share (the record date: 26/12/2014) as follows:
- Announced information in Notice no.12366/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 13th December 2021: Payment time: 13th December 2024
- Adjusted information: Payment time: 13th December 2027
Reason: Currently, SIMCO Song Da Joint Stock Company is facing difficulties and has not been able to arrange funds to pay dividends for 2011 and 2013 in cash to shareholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited SDA shares at DMs
