Reason: Because the Company used money for 2011 and 2013 cash dividend payment to invest in a marble mining and processing project in Myanmar. The project is facing many difficulties in implementation, so the investment capital has not been recovered. Therefore, the Company has not yet arranged money for 2011 and 2013 dividend payment to shareholders.
