Regarding the exercise of the right to payment of 2026 cash dividend of  Bridge Joint Stock Company N0.12 (securities code C12) (record date 09/01/2018, payment date 29/11/2024), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
On 29/11/2024, VSDC received No. 14/C12 dated 28/11/2024 from C12 regarding the postponement of the 2016 dividend payment date. Accordingly, C12 announced the postponement of 2016 dividend payment date, not paying on 29/11/2024 as announced and will announce a new payment date as soon as possible.
Reason: Due to financial difficulties, up to now, Bridge Joint Stock Company N0.12 has not been able to arrange funds to payment of 2016 cash dividend.
