C12: Change of dividend payment time

According to document No.136/C12 dated 28th May 2019 of Cau 12 JSC (securities code: C12), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the 5th change of 2016 cash dividend payment time of C12 shares (the record date: 09/01/2018) as follows:
Announced information in notice No.15497/VSD-DK dated 29th November 2018 by VSD:
Payment time: 30th May 2019
Adjusted information:
Payment time: 29th November 2019
Reason: The company has been trying to arrange sources for paying dividend to shareholders, however, the company is facing difficulties in financial resources for production and business, so the company is unable to pay dividend as scheduled. To facilitate the Company's operation, Cau 12 JSC postpones 2016 dividend payment to 29th November 2019.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited C12 shares at DMs.
