In particular, "Interest period" means each period lasts 3 consecutive months from the issuance date to the maturity date. “Reference interest rate” means the average of savings deposit interest rates applied to individual customers with a 12-month term in Vietnamese Dong issued by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Vietnam Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank announce on or around 11:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) of the relevant interest rate determination date.
