- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 60,000 bonds
- Execution rate: The number of bonds redemption is equal to 20% of the bonds owned by the investor.
- Redemption price of each bond: 1,000,000 VND (The redemption price of each bond is equal to the face value of the bond).

- Principle of rounding, handling fractional share: the number of bonds redeemed of bondholders is determined according to the ownership rate of those bondholders. The fractional bonds arising upon exercising the right will be rounded to the whole number. 
Example: bondholder A owning 648 bonds is entitled to sell 648*20% = 129.60  bonds. According to rounding principle, bondholder A is entitled to sell129 bonds.
- Payment date: 05/12/2024
There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer. The securities registration organization will exercise the right to redeem bonds on the redemption date, and the bond holders are obliged to sell all their owned bonds to the securities registration organization. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will be paid to the accounts that have been registered with Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company on 05/12/2024.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email address). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 03/12/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 03 working days from the date on the notice.
