From 12/11/2024, the securities code BID121027, ISIN VNBID1210276 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of BID121027 bonds. VSDC will automatically withdraw all deposited BID121027 bonds on the valid date of registration cancellation. Members are requested to withdraw DCA12101 bonds from investors' accounts on 12/11/2024 and inform relevant investor.
Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continuing to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
