With reference to confirming the list of shareholders of the Depository member in accordance with the Notice No. 1907/TB-CNVSDC dated 18/10/2024 by Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch regarding the record date for converting shares of Sai Gon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company (securities code: SRT) to shares of the merging company, Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, VSDC Branch would like to announce as follows:
On 04/11/2024, VSDC Branch shall make and send the list of holders of deposited HRT shares subject to share conversion fixed on 01/11/2024 in the form of Certificate of Authorization (CA012) to the Depository member. The Depository member is requested to reconcile the information on SRT shareholders in the List generated and sent  by VSDC in the form of Certificate of Authorization CA012 with the information managed by the Depository member, then send confirmation to VSDC Branch.
Other contents in Notice no.1907/TB-CNVSDC dated 18/10/2024 by VSDC remain unchanged.
