Related to implementation of interest and principal payment for bond of Crystal Bay Joint Stock Company (bond code: CBG12101) (record date: 29/10/2024, payment date: 05/11/2024), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
- Cancelling implementation of CBG12101 bond interest and principal payment on the record date 29/10/2024.
- Reason: the Company has not yet arranged enough financial resources to make payment of bond obligations on maturity date and is in the process of seeking bondholders' opinions on allowing extension of debt payment period in accordance with bond conditions and prevailing laws.
DMs are requested to fully inform above contents to bondholders.
