Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Number of bonds to be redeemed: 9,710,000 bonds, equal to face value of 971,000,000,000 VND
- Execution rate: 100%
- Redemption price for each bond: 106,217 VND/bond
+ Bond principal: 100,000 VND/bond, bond principal: 6,217 VND/bond
+ Redemption price for each bond: 100% face value + interest from 29/10/2023 to 29/10/2024 exclusive/bond
+ Interest term from from 29/10/2023 to 29/10/2024 exclusive: 366 interest calculation days
- Bond interest is calculated: interest amount = face value of bonds held on the record date x 6.20% x 366/365.
The total amount of bond interest actually received by the bond owner will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is removed).
- There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer.  The issuer will redeem bonds on the redemption date, bondholders are obligated to sell all bonds to the issuer. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest and principal at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest and principal at Hochiminh Securities Corporation (HSC) on working days from 29/10/2024
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17/10/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
