Pursuant to the document no.139/2024/CV-ĐTP dated 05/09/2024 of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (securities code: DPJ12202) on changing the 24th interest payment time, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce adjustment of the interest payment time of DPJ12202 bond (record date: 30/08/2024) as follows:

Reason: the Company is being restricted in using cash flow due to force majeure events, so the period interest payment cannot be made on 09/09/2024 as previously announced.
Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation will have to take full responsibility for the penalty interest incurred related to belated payment according to the provisions of the Information Disclosure Document. If the Company arranges money source earlier than scheduled, the payment will be made before the announced extension time.
