Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 10,000 bonds, equivalent face value of 100,000,000,000 VND.
- Execution rate: 100%
- Price of each redeemed bond = face value + interest amount from 18/02/2024 inclusive to 15/10/2024 exclusive = 10,000,000 + (10,000,000*7.48% *240/365 days)=10,491,835.616, rounded to 3 dp
The actual total value of bonds redeemed of the bondholder will be rounded to the whole number (if the first dp is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up; if the first dp is less than 5, the decimal part is removed).
- Payment date: 15/10/2024
- Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank  will exercise the right to redeem bonds before maturity according to the agreement with the bondholder on 15/10/2024. Bondholders have the right to resell all of bonds to the issuer
- Deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer: 25/09/2024

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will send the redemption application including the original Certificate of Bond Ownership to the address: Foreign Exchange & Financial Market Operations Department, Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank, 8th Floor, LIM II Building, No. 62A Cach Mang Thang Tam, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. Deadline for submitting applications: by 5:00 p.m. 25/09/2024. The holder will receive proceeds from bond redemption on 15/10/2024 by tranfering to bondholders' account registered with issuer.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 13/09/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
