TRN12202: Transfer of the interest payment

Pursuant to the document no.3056/CNVSDC-ĐK.NV dated 25/04/2024 of VSDC's Branch on change of interest payment time - securities code: TRN12202 and document no.299/024/CV/TNG dated 25/04/2024 of Trung Nam Construction Investment Corp with the 2nd change of payment date: 29/05/2024 (record date: 22/01/2024).
However, as of 9 am on 28/05/2024, VSDC's Branch has not received interest payment amount from the Issuer. Therefore, VSDC's Branch can't make interest payment to DMs.
VSDC's Branch will make interest transfer to DMs right after receiving interest payment amount from the Issuer.
This notice is for DMs' information and notification to bondholders.
However, as of 9 am on 28/05/2024, VSDC's Branch has not received interest payment amount from the Issuer. Therefore, VSDC's Branch can't make interest payment to DMs.
VSDC's Branch will make interest transfer to DMs right after receiving interest payment amount from the Issuer.
