Reason: Trung Nam Construction Investment Corp is affected during the difficult period of the economy. The energy sector is still in the stage of waiting for policy mechanisms to be able to deploy new projects, the electricity revenue from currently operating power projects has not yet guaranteed the principal and interest obligations for the banks financing the projects, the real estate market continues to freeze, opportunities to access new capital sources are still very difficult, parties with debts to the Company are also facing difficulties, so they have repeatedly asked to extend the payment deadline, etc. which have affected the Company's payment plan to bondholders. So the interest payment period 29/01/2024 cannot be made as previously announced.
During the period of belated payment, the issuer will be fully responsible for any penalty interest incurred related to belated payment as specified by the Information Disclosure Board. In case Trung Nam Construction Investment Corp arranges money sources earlier than planned, payment will be made before the announced extension time.
