- Execution venue: Bond holders send opinion forms to the Industrial and Transport Development Investment Joint Stock Company at the address: 89 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, City. HCM, Vietnam.
- Contents: Change bond terms and conditions. Details content will be sent to bondholders in the postal ballot.
b. Bond redemption before maturity
- Number of securities to be redeemed: 300,000 bonds, equivalent to face value of 300 billion VND
- Execution rate: all bonds are redeemed before maturity
- Interest rate: 11.5%/year
- Price of bond redemption:
+ Price of bond redemption = bond face value + bond interest from 1,000,000 + 1,000,000 (VND) x 11.5 % x176 (days)/365 (days) = 1,055,452,055 VND/bond
The redeemed price will be rounded down to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is cancelled).

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond redemption payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive redemption payment at  Transport And Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company on 21/06/2024. ID cards have to be presented 
Transport And Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company will redeem all bonds before maturity at the request of the issuer on 21/06/2024 in line with the bond terms and conditions stated in the Information Disclosure. All redeemed bonds will be removed.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 29/05/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
