Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Meeting time and venue: to be announced
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on the activities of the Board of Directors in 2023;
+ Report on the activities of the Audit Committee in 2023;
+ Report to approve the financial report of 2023 and the distribution of profits, earnings reserved for fund establishment in 2023;
+ Report for approving the business plan, profit distribution plan, and allocation of funds in 2024;
+ Report for approving an independent audit firm to conduct the audit of 2024 financial statements;
+ Report on the remuneration level for members of the Board of Directors and  personnel in charge of coporate goverance in 2024;
+ Other matters within the decision-making authority of the Shareholders' General Meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway, Please send the Confirmation Notice via email with a digital signature attached to VSDC's email address). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17/5/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
