Pursuant to the document no. 05/TB-HTLĐ dated 03/04/2024 of International Labor & Services JSC (securities code: ILC) on cancelling  the list of shareholder, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, the record date of 15/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 819/TB-CNVSDC dated 27/02/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: the Company needs more time to make preparations for a well-organized Annual General Meeting, in line with relevant regulations on organizing annual general meetings.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
