ILC: Cancellation of the Record Date for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 34/TB-ILC dated 16/11/2023 of International Labor & Services JSC (securities code: ILC) on cancelling the record date for postal ballot, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 24/11/2023 for postal ballot in accordance with Notice no. 3083/TB-VSDC dated 09/11/2023 by VSDC.
Reason: The Company changed the postal ballot form to seeking for opinions at 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting in accordance with the provisions of law and the Company's Charter.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date: 24/11/2023 for postal ballot in accordance with Notice no. 3083/TB-VSDC dated 09/11/2023 by VSDC.
