TID: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no. 81/TB-HĐQT dated 01/04/2024 of Tin Nghia Corporation regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, the record date of 25/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 394/TB-CNVSDC dated 29/02/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: To complete the addition and completion of the Meeting documents, the Company will postpone the 2024 Annual General Meeting later than expected. To close the list of shareholders close to the date of the General Meeting, the Company recommends that VSDC cancel the closing of the list of shareholders on 25/03/2024, the next closing date will be announced later.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
