Pursuant to the notice no.2203/2024/TB-MAFC of  Mirae Asset Finance Company (Vietnam) Limited (securities code: MFF12301), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time (record date: 20/03/2024) as follows

- Payment time: 23/09/2024 or following the adjusted announcement of MAFC based on the agreement between MAFC and  Bondholders (if any)
Reason: Based on the Bond Issuance Document and the Resolution of the Bondholder approving changes to some conditions and terms of the MFF12301 Bond, the Issuer can suspend interest payments or do not make interest payments according to the decision of the MAFC Board  Members
Other contents in Notice no. 616/TB-CNVSDC dated 11/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
