DTI: Cancellation of the Record date

Pursuant to the notice no.02/2024/TB-DTI dated 22/03/2024 of Duc Trung Investment Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 29/03/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 577/TB-CNVSDC dated 08/03/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: Duc Trung Investment Joint Stock Company needs more time to prepare detailed agenda for approval at the general meeting. The Company will announce finalization of the list of shareholders to send VSDC at the soonest time as stipulated by prevailing laws.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
