KHP: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 1211/KHPC-TTH dated 25/03/2024 of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 22/03/2024 in accordance with Notice 505/TB-CNVSDC dated 06/03/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: the Company needs more time to prepare personnel of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board for 2024-2029 term and meeting materials
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
