Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned meeting time:  8 am on 25/04/2024
- Meeting venue: Office of Vinacomin - Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company, Group 6, Quarter 3, Ha Tu Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh
- Meeting agenda: discussion and approval of the follơing issues:
+ Report on 2023 production & business results and 2024  plan;
+ 2023 audited financial statements;
+ Reports on 2023 remuneration for the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB);
+ Report by the SB on appraising 2023 production & business results, financial statements
+ Report on selecting an auditing company for 2024 financial statements;
+ Report by the BOD on business management
+ Report by the SB on supervising the BOD and Management Board
+ Proposal for 2023 profit distribution;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 20/3/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
