Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned meeting time:  8 am on 26th April 2023
- Meeting venue: Vinacomin - Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company, Group 6, Quarter 3, Ha Tu Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh
- Meeting agenda: discussion and approval of the follơing issues:
+ Report on 2022 production & business results and 2023  plan;
+ 2022 audited financial statements;
+ Reports on 2022 remuneration for the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB);
+ Report by the Supervisory Board on business results, activity result of the BOD, Management Board; Report on appraising 2022 audited financial statements and supervision of the Company's activities and finance
+ Self-assessment report by the SB on performance of the SB and its members
+ Report on the list of auditing companies for 2023 financial statements;
+ Report by the BOD on governance and activities of BOD members
+ Proposal for 2022 profit distribution;
+ Proposal for changing business lines, revising the Charter and  approving maximum foreign ownership ratio
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting as stipulated by the prevailing Enterprise law (no.59/2020/QH14).
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 21st March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
