“Interest Period” means the period from (and including) the issuance date up to but excluding July 5, 2021 for the first interest period, each consecutive 3-month period commencing on (and including) the first day of the next interest period up to but excluding April 5, 2025 and the period from April 5, 2025 to the bond maturity date for the last interest period .
“Interest payment date” means the last day of each interest period. If the interest payment date is not a business day, the payment date will be the immediately following business day.
“Interest rate determination date” means January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year before the first day of each interest period and applies from January 1, 2021. If the interest rate determination date is not a working day, the interest rate determination date will be the immediately following working day.
