Pursuant to the document no. 000010/TB-PCF dated 05/02/2024 of Petec Coffee on cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 30/01/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 40/TB-CNVSDC dated 12/01/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: Due to the long day-offs of Lunar New Year, the company did not have enough time to prepare for 2024 Annual General Meeting according to regulations as announced by the Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
