In which, "Interest period" means each period lasting 03 consecutive months from the issue date inclusive until the maturity date (or the date the bond is redeemed before maturity or redeemed mandatorily) exclusive. In case a bond is redeemed before maturity or required to be redeemed according to the provisions of the bond conditions, the final interest period will be calculated from the date of the latest interest payment until the date exclusive on which the bond is redeemed before maturity or redeemed mandatorily. “Reference interest rate” means the base interest rate applied to large corporate customers or corporate customers of the wholesale banking sector for medium-term loans of over 1 year to less than or equal to 5 years in Viet Nam Dong with a floating interest rate and a 3-month valuation period announced by Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank on (and before 11:00 a.m.) the relevant interest rate determination date.
