PGD: Cancellation of the Record date

Pursuant to the document no. 02/TB-KTA dated 10/01/2024 of PetroVietNam Low Pressure Gas Distribution joint stock Company on cancelling the record date for postal ballot, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for postal ballot, record date: 15/01/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 07/TB-CNVSDC dated 04/01/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: The issuer changed the content that needed to be approved in the form of postal ballot to organize 2024 extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the provisions of law and the Company's Charter.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
