+ Execution rate: 1:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 1 new share for each right).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any): 
. Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: due to execution rate of 1:1, there is no fractional share. This principle is not applicable.
. Principle of handling unsubscribed shares:
ü     The remaining shares that have not been fully distributed due to shareholders not exercising their right to buy (shares to be distributed) are authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to the Board of Directors (BOD) to offer to investors. investment at the offering price of 10,000 VND/share, equal to the offering price to existing shareholders to ensure the maximum offering of the entire number of shares offered. The General Meeting of Shareholders authorizes the Board of Directors to develop criteria and select investors wishing to buy shares to be distributed.;
ü     The number of shares to be distributed and offered to other subjects according to the decision of the Board of Directors will be restricted from transfer within 01 year from the date of completion of the offering. The distribution of shares to be distributed to other investors must meet the following conditions:
·      Comply with the provisions of Article 195 of the Law on Enterprises 2020: “Subsidiaries are not allowed to invest in buying shares or contributing capital to the parent company. Subsidiaries of the same parent company are not allowed to simultaneously contribute capital or buy shares for cross-ownership."
·      Ensuring the conditions for stock offering specified in Article 42 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP issued by the Government on December 31, 2020 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law contract.
For example: On the date of closing the list of existing shareholders to exercise the right to buy additional issued shares, shareholder A owns 1,256 VSC shares. With the right exercise ratio of 1:1, shareholder A will enjoy 1,256 purchasing rights and be able to buy 1,256 new shares.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 26/01/2024 to 08/03/2024.
+ Purchase right can be transferred once only, not allowed to transfer to the 3rd party
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 26/01/2024 to 18/03/2024.
+ Shares issued for existing shareholders are freely transferable. 
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at the Viet Nam Container shipping Joint stock Company– Address: 11 Vo Thi Sau, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City. ID cards and Certificate of share onwership have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22/01/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
