Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 100:3 (Shareholders are entitled to 3 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares additionally issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 658 shares are entitled to receive (658:100) x 3 = 19.74 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 19 shares, the 0.74 fractional shares will be removed.
2. Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution rate: 100:22 (Shareholders are entitled to 22 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares additionally issued for raising share capital from owner's equity will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 658 shares are entitled to receive (658:100) x 22 = 144.76 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 144 shares, the 0.76 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at the Office of Viet Nam Container shipping Joint stock Company, Level 6, TD Tower building, no.1, Lot 3A, Nga Nam - Cat Bi Airport new urban area, 11 Vo Thi Sau, May To ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong city. Original ID cards/Certificate of business registration/other valid identity papers, or valid Power of Attorney (in case of authorization) have to be presented.       
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
