- Execution rate: 10:7 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 7 new shares for every 10 rights).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
Example: shareholder A who owns 455 shares on the record date is entitled to exercise rights. Shareholder A is entitled to buy 318.5 shares (455/10)*7=318,5. After rounding down, shareholder A is entitled to buy 318 shares.
+ Plan to handle odd shares, shares not fully subscribed: For odd shares, shares investors did not register to buy, did not pay to buy, the General Meeting of Shareholders authorized the Board of Directors of the Company. The company makes distributions to interested investors at a price not lower than the offering price to existing shareholders. These shares will be restricted from transfer for 1 year from the date of completion of the offering.
+ The shares distributed to other parties due to shareholders' refusal to subsribe or non-payment are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year in accordance with clause 2 Article 42, Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31st December 2020 and other provisions of clause 2 Article 195, 2020 Enterprise Law and other prevailing laws.
In case expiration of share distribution as prescribed by law (including the extension period (if any)), if there are still undistributed shares, these shares will be removed and the BOD will decide to close the offering.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10:30 pm, 18/01/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
