Cancelling the record date: 22/12/2023 for advance payment of 2023 cash dividend in accordance with Notice no. 1611/TB-CNVSDC dated 11/12/2023 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Issuer reviews the operating situation to ensure optimization of cash resources for production and business activities.
