Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1 Payment of 2022 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 5:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 5 shares they own)
- Principle of fractional shares: The number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 123 shares. According to the above execution rate, the shareholder will receive 24.6 shares (123 x 1 : 5 = 24.6). According to the above principle, Shareholder A will receive 24 new shares; the 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at the Company's head office, A15, Level 1, Home City building, no.177 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa ward, CAu Giay district, Hanoi, tel 0338682188. ID cards have to be presented.

- Planned quantity of issued shares: 3,200,000 shares
- Issue price: 10,00 VND/share
- Execution rate: 1:1 (on the record date, shareholder who own 1 share is entitled to 1 right and to buy 1 new share for each right)
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares: due to execution rate of 1:1, there is no fractional share.
- Principle of handling undistributed shares:
+ The remaining shares due to existing shareholders' refusal to buy part or all additional shares purchased in the offering are offered by the Board of Directors (BOD) to other investors (including other existing shareholders) with the offering price of 10,000 VND/share to ensure issuance of all offered shares.

Example: shareholder A who owns 516 shares is entitled to 516 rights and to buy 516 shares. Due to execution rate of 1:1, there is no fractional share.
- Regulations on rights transfer: 
+ Time period for right transfer: from 10/01/2024 to 30/01/2024;
+ Right is transferred once (transferee is not allowed to transfer to the 3rd party) - Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 10/01/2024 to 06/02/2024.
+ The minimum number of subscribed share: 1 share
+ Shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at the Company's head office, A15, Level 1, Home City building, no.177 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi, tel 0338682188. ID cards have to be presented. Subscription payment, investor/shareholders make subscription payment to the blockade account.
