Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 25/06/2025.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Tri Viet Education Group Joint Stock Company, A15, Level 1, Home City building, no.177 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi on working days from 25/06/2025. ID cards have to be presented.

2. Payment of 2024 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 10:01 (shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 126 shares. According to the above execution rate, the shareholder will receive 126*(1/10)=12.6 shares. According to the above principle, Shareholder A will receive 12 new shares; the 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Tri Viet Education Group Joint Stock Company, A15, Level 1, Home City building, no.177 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa ward, CAu Giay district, Hanoi on working days from 25/06/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
